1. Return Policy We want you to love your art. However, because different items have different production methods, our return eligibility varies by product type.
Return Window: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility:

Unframed Paper Prints purchased through Etsy: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging (including any plastic wrapping).

Canvases: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our canvases and the high cost of shipping large items, we cannot accept returns on canvas orders unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return for an eligible item:

If your return is accepted, we will send you the specific return address for our Montana facility.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
3. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item (including Canvases) is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
